We deliver worldwide. If you enter your address incorrectly, refuse your delivery or fail to collect your parcel (if applicable), your parcel could be returned to the sender and you may be responsible for the original shipping fee and any return costs or customs charges that result from it being returned to us. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 7-14 business days.

In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners, the order shipping will may appearance 3-5 business days delay. Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What to do if the parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Please allow that there are 1-3 business days delay of shipping time to several countries due to the different merchandise warehouse locations in the world. Local (Cash on delivery available)
We deliver to all addresses in Sri Lanka. Please make sure to indicate your address/delivery address correctly when purchasing the item. All orders are deliver from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Delivery will arrive between 2-3 Working Days and 3-5 Working Days (Outside of Colombo) after the delivery date, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location.
- Order deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays.
- Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
- Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform you about the delivery time if it is a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
Delivery Cost and Time
We make every effort to deliver all products in accordance with the timescales set out above. COD(Cash on Delivery) Payments are not allowed for International delivery. We cannot guarantee that there will not be any unexpected courier delays.
